Pure hearing is not an audiology testing service. The aim is to ensure that your ears are clear to be able to hear naturally by ensuring they are not blocked by ear wax (cerumen) or other debris. If after cleaning, you are still experiencing a problem hearing then you will need to ask your GP to referred you for a hearing assessment.
